Mindfulness Monday: Mindfulness for Stress

Join us for our ongoing interactive mindfulness series. Throughout this series, participants will explore practices designed to cultivate a sense of personal calm by nurturing both mind and body, while learning how to allow external stressors to pass without internalizing them. The series will run from April through September 28, 2026. Each session is 30 minutes in length. Participants are welcome to register for one or both sessions offered each month.

April Trainings: April 13 – Mindfulness for Stress

Explore simple mindfulness and body-based practices designed to calm the nervous system and reduce the impact of everyday stress. Facilitated by Rebecca Shisler Marshall, PhD

April 27 – Acceptance Exercise

Develop greater awareness of body states, thoughts, and emotions to support a deeper sense of peace and acceptance. Facilitated by Christina Walter
