Workshop Wednesday: Supporting Peers with Brain Injury
This webinar will provide an overview of a new curriculum designed to provide peer support specialists, with fundamental knowledge and tools to help them recognize and respond appropriately to the needs of individuals living with brain injury. The curriculum is ideal for professionals working as recovery and peer support specialists, community health workers, and other professionals aiming to enhance their skills and build brain injury awareness programs. This curriculum will serve as an excellent resource for continuing education and upskilling existing peer specialists in various settings. Amanda Tower from the National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA) will lead this training.
